Qualifying ticket refunds available prior to February 5th, 2018

The following policy is designed to clearly lay out the purchasing and refund guidelines of The Longevity Now® Conference. If you have any questions about the information below, please Contact Us.




All ticket prices for events that occur are stated in U.S. Dollars.


Payment Methods


The Longevity Now® Conference accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.

All tickets are virtual. You will not receive a paper ticket.


Order Confirmation


If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with The Longevity Now® Conference Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. The Longevity Now® Conference will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Cancelled & Postponed Events


In the event of a cancelled or postponed event, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. If an event is cancelled, we will automatically issue you a refund to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket. If the event is moved or rescheduled, we will give you the alternate dates so you can attend. If you can not attend, then a refund will be issued.




All tickets are non-transferable.

All tickets purchased on or after February 5th, 2018 are non-refundable.

All tickets purchased prior to February 5th, 2018 have a $99 non-refundable processing and registration fee that will be subtracted from the refund amount. Refunds must be requested prior to February 5th, 2018. If you request a refund before February 5th, 2018 and your ticket order is more 120 days old, you will be refunded via PayPal or U.S. check.

Bring-a-Friend (BAF) Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and only eligible with purchase of a $197 ticket or $147 ticket. There is a limit of one Bring-a-Friend Ticket per $197/$147 ticket per person during the promotional period. BAF tickets do not include free Beauty Diet Book, or any other free bonuses with purchase.

Sponsored Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sponsored ticket does not include accommodations, food, or travel. Sponsored tickets do not include free Beauty Diet Book, any other bonuses, or additional expenses incurred while attending the event. 

Your ticket entitles you to attend the LNC 2018. Your ticket is only valid for the event dates listed at the time of purchase and may not be exchanged or redeemed for a future event.


Webcast Replays


You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your Webcast Replays purchase for any reason.
