The following policies are designed to clearly lay out the purchasing and refund guidelines of The Longevity Now® Conference. All ticket prices for events that occur are stated in U.S. Dollars
The Longevity Now® Conference accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.
All tickets are virtual. You will not receive a paper ticket.
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with The Longevity Now® Conference Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. The Longevity Now® Conference will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. Cancelled and Postponed Events
In the event of a cancelled or postponed event, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event.
If an event is cancelled, we will automatically issue you a refund to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket.
If the event is moved or rescheduled, we will give you the alternate dates so you can attend. If you can not attend, then a refund will be issued.
There is a $99 non-refundable processing and registration fee on each ticket purchased prior to June 30th, 2016. After June 30th, no refunds are available. All tickets are non-transferable. If you request a refund before June 30th and your ticket order is more 120 days old, you will be refunded via U.S. check.
Your ticket entitles you to attend the LNC 2016. Your ticket is only valid for the event dates listed at the time of purchase and may not be exchanged or redeemed for a future event.
Tickets purchased for the LNC 2016 at a prior Women’s Wellness Conference™, Longevity Now® Conference, or Longevity Intensive® event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your Webcast purchase for any reason.
