Parking: Guest parking at The Hilton Anaheim is $16.00 per day for attendees.
Waivers: All participants must sign an event waiver, product liability waiver, filming waiver at registration and activity waiver. All waivers must be completed in order to attend the presentations.
Security: All participants must bring a valid ID to registration. Once confirmed you will receive an event program, raffle ticket and a wristband. Your wristband will allow you entrance into the event. We ask that you wear it at all times. If you should lose your wristband, you will not receive a replacement so please keep it with you at all times.
Raffle Tickets: You must be present in the room when your raffle number is called. If you miss your number, your prize will be given away to the next winner. It is not possible to exchange your prize for another. We will be giving away over $20,000 in prizes!
Seating: Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. You cannot save seats for other people. You cannot leave your belongings in the conference room, and must take your belongings with you any time you leave the room. Items left will be taken to lost and found.
Lost and Found: Lost and found will be located at the registration table. Please keep your personal items on you at all times. The Longevity Now® Conference is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
Recording: There will be no recording devices of any kind or photography permitted inside the conference room. We will be videotaping the entire event professionally. Thank you for your understanding.
Policy Regarding Children: All children must register for the event. For children 12 and under, at registration parents must sign a Child Behavior Policy Form. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by their parent at all times. We ask that parents monitor their child in the conference room so as not to disturb others. We will be recording this event so it is necessary to maintain a quiet atmosphere. We thank you in advance for your consideration regarding this policy.
